If you joined our email list outside of our ordering window (typically June 1 through late July), don’t worry – you’re on our radar! As soon as we begin accepting orders, you’ll be among the first to receive a notification.
During the ordering season, we send weekly reminder emails to our cherry subscribers. Once you place your order, your email will be moved to a separate folder for submitted orders. From that point on, you won’t receive the weekly reminders. Instead, you’ll only hear from us if there’s a critical update or to notify you about the arrival of Fresh Tart Cherries—this update is usually sent a few days before the expected arrival date listed on your order confirmation.
Please note: While we strive for accuracy, our email list is managed manually during our ordering season. Occasionally, a customer who has ordered may still receive reminder emails. This is often due to multiple email addresses being used. If you’ve placed your order and received a confirmation number, rest assured – we have your order on file.
